If you experience any issues with the Cirrus Halo Client interface, call quality, or call control functionality, it’s important to upload your account logs as soon as possible. These logs help our Support Team investigate and resolve problems efficiently.
Why It’s Important
Logs are time-sensitive and may not retain all necessary data after a certain period.
To ensure our team can access complete information, please upload your logs on the same day the issue occurs. Delays may result in missing or incomplete data, making it harder to identify the root cause.
How to Upload Your Logs

- Open the Cirrus Client and go to the settings cog located on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Select Edit settings from the menu.
- Scroll to the Logging section.
- Click the Upload logs button.
- Wait for the upload to complete. Once finished, the logs will be securely sent to our Support Team.
