Your user has not been added to the SSO policy group. Please speak to your IT Administrator.
Your telephone number is missing from the Remote Extensions list - send a request to your Halo Administrator to add your telephone number.
NOTE: if your number is on the Remote Extensions list and you still get this error, another agent has logged with the same number. Raise with your Halo Administrator to investigate.
You will be getting the below error for one of the following reasons:
- You do not have a user in Halo.
- Your username is incorrect in Halo.
- The Password you are entering is invalid
- Your telephone number is missing from the Remote Extensions list.
Send a request to your Halo administrator to review all the above.
