If your Agents often need information from certain websites, you can simplify their workflow by providing shortcuts to these websites within the Cirrus Professional Client. This feature in the UCS System is called Web Resources. You can specify shortcuts to a selection of websites.

Create a new Web Resource
- Click in the left pane Explorer on Settings > Web Resources. The existing Web Resources are displayed.
- To create a new Web Resource, click Add, then enter a Web Resource Name and URL.
- Name: The name for the Web Resource as displayed in the application Client.
- URL: The URL of the Web Resource.
- Activate content: Define whether telephone numbers and user status must be activated.
- Global Available: A Web Resource can be set as global or not. When global, it is available for all Agents in all Routers. When not global, it can be assigned to a specific Router via the Router module, making it available only for the Agents in that Router.
- Click Add to save your changes.
