Installing WebClient as a PWA

The WebClient can optionally also be installed as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) on your computer. A shortcut can be created on the computer's start menu. In addition, the application can serve as the default phone app, as a clickable phone number is available on a website or in another program.

The installation option is available once you have logged into the WebClient via an internet browser. Please note that the pop-up blocker is disabled for the website.
Microsoft Edge
- First, log in to the WebClient via the Microsoft Edge browser.
- At the top of the screen, click the install button

- A pop-up window will appear.
- Click the Install button

- The PWA version is now installed on your computer.

- A pop-up window appears with several options, including pinning the PWA version to the taskbar. Click ‘Allow’ if you find it useful. See if you find the other options useful and then select them if necessary.
- There is now an icon pinned to your computer's taskbar.

Google Chrome
- First, log in to the WebClient via the Google Chrome browser.
- At the top of the screen, click the install button

- A pop-up window will appear.
- Click the Install button

- The PWA version is now installed on your computer.
- A pop-up window will appear to pin the PWA version to the taskbar. Click ‘Yes’.

- There is now an icon pinned to your computer's taskbar.
