Overview
Cirrus Response Omnichannel offers several options for integration with external systems. This document aims to provide the information needed for developers to create bespoke integrations with our platform.
In order to access the APIs you will need a valid Access Token, which any omnichannel administrator can access by navigating in the Cirrus console, navigating to Settings > API (in the Settings & Tools section):
This token should be kept secret as it allows administrator-level access via the API. If you believe this token has been compromised in any way, please contact Cirrus Response support immediately.
