August 2026 Release Notes
Table of Contents
This release brings a refreshed dashboard, simpler integration management, improved leave handling, more accurate adherence reporting, and several fixes across scheduling and employee management.
Improvements
Redesigned dashboard
The Cirrus Calm dashboard has a fresh new look.
The updated design gives you a clearer overview of the information that matters, making it easier to see what is happening at a glance.
Deleting leave now restores the schedule
Removing leave is now cleaner and quicker.
When you delete or withdraw leave that has already been applied to the schedule, Cirrus Calm automatically restores the schedule to its previous state.
The employee's leave balance is also restored automatically.
Leave balance on the employee page
You can now see an employee's remaining leave balance directly from their employee page.
You no longer need an open leave request to check their balance, making it quicker to see how much leave they have available.
More accurate adherence tracking
Adherence tracking now uses statuses rather than task mappings.
This gives you a more accurate picture of what is actually happening and makes adherence results more reliable.
Accurate hours in the week overview
Lunch breaks are no longer included in the total hours shown in the week overview.
Hour totals now reflect the time actually worked.
Smarter date selection
Selecting a date range takes fewer clicks.
When you choose the first date, the second calendar now opens on the relevant month automatically.
Warning for overlapping breaks
Cirrus Calm now warns you when scheduled breaks overlap.
You will see a clear message so you can spot the problem and fix it straight away.
Fixes
Shifts disappearing when saving the base schedule
We fixed an issue where saving the base schedule could cause shifts on other days to disappear.
Changes are now saved for the selected day without overwriting existing shifts elsewhere in the schedule.
Base schedule opens correctly
In some cases, an error could stop the base schedule from opening.
This has been fixed and the base schedule now opens as expected.
Employee profiles save correctly
Some employee profiles could not be saved after making changes.
This has been fixed and profile changes can now be saved as expected.
Shift templates save correctly
The save button in shift templates could sometimes fail to respond, causing changes to be lost.
Saving now works as expected.
Correct notifications for new shift templates
An incorrect notification could appear when creating a new shift template.
This has been fixed.
