Logging in to the supervisor portal
- Open a web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox & Safari)
- Navigate to the web client address. https://<portal name>.cirrusconnects.ai/newsupervisor
- Select the method for audio to be delivered should the ‘Assist’ (listen in) feature be required.
- No extension: Use this option when no agent audio monitoring is required.
- Phone: Use this option to enter an extension number. Be aware that the number must be registered in the Cirrus System by the Administrator.
- Teams: You are using Microsoft Teams to handle calls/audio. Be aware that the Microsoft Teams integration with the Cirrus system has to be configured for this purpose.
- There are two options for how to log in:
- Login with Microsoft: If your system administrator has configured single sign-on, click the ‘Login with Microsoft’ button and follow the prompts.
- Username and Password: If you have been supplied with a username and password, enter these in the appropriate fields and click ‘Login’.
It is possible to log in to the webclient with the same User Name. When you want to use the Phone extension, make sure to use the same extension.
When an extension is already in use, a ! sign is visible next to the extension. Hover the mouse over to see the name of this person.
Can’t remember your Password? Use the Password Forgotten link to request for a new one.

Logging Out
- Click the profile icon in the top right of the screen.

- The user profile section will appear.
- Click ‘Logout’.
