Ad Hoc Messages Module Overview

- After playing a prompt, the system pauses the call for the configured delay.
- If the caller hangs up during the delay, the IVR call is marked as abandoned in the Voice Calls Analysis Report.
Configuration in the Supervisor
✔ Enable/disable the Ad Hoc Message.
✔ Define up to three prompts (with a radio button to select the active one).
✔ Set a start and end date/time for the message.
