Activating or Deactivating IVR Channels

Activating or Deactivating IVR Channels

In the last underlying menu item, System, you can activate or deactivate the IVR Channels of the UCS system. To do so:

  1. Select the appropriate channel.
  2. Click on Switch mode.

Once you confirm the warning, Emergency Mode will be activated. In this mode, the Client Users will receive a warning within the application. Any ongoing or queued calls will be disconnected, and a prompt can be assigned for this situation. New incoming calls to the channel will follow a different call flow path defined for the emergency mode, which is managed in the Administrator application.

The IVR Channel is now changed, and the Administrator also has the ability to perform this function in the Administrator application.

Authorization: The ‘System Access’ permission is required to manage this menu item.
