Cirrus allows certain management personnel access to the Cirrus platform without the requirement of username and password.
This API returns a session cookie that is added to login URL to bypasses the username and password screen.
Format: Login URL + the characters ?=TA + the session cookie returned by the API
Example: https://bumpyard.commbox.io/login?=TAhZ8uTCLgf1HnOwVy_bIEWVJD0VXnIcbMKTT9R6_bW0prs_fYgzbzQCRMpdPZw1FopLHoGJG0VUDFk3zYEfkG_fEf9hnk50lR72BZHp7X_f94jZQbJNP4ysWmRJ3Lqc
Managers who wish to gain access to Cirrus via the authentication ticket, must be set as users in each account (brand).
Note:
a) Mandatory fields include the business account name (brand), and all fields which are mandatory when creating a user for that brand (For example, FirstName, LastName, Phone, email address, etc.). System will return the cookie if there is a match in the database with all mandatory fields.
b) Most params are of the String type, including the phone number. This is designed to accommodate standard records like +44 for country code, or 212-123-4567 for area code format. Make sure to add “ “ around the phone number as well.
c) Once created, tickets are only valid for 60 seconds for the management system and 5 minutes for other applications.
