From within the Home page, users can see an overview of their billing information. The page is divided into two main areas.

Within the upper section of the Home page users are able to see headline information relating to their current unbilled usage. 

This relates to Monthly and Daily Billing Periods, which are not hidden.

In Addition to the Net Value being displayed, users are also able to see at a glance, the breakdown of that NET figure by CALLS, CHARGES and VAT.

Please note that the values displayed against unbilled data are reflective of the values produced at the time of the last reprice, recalculation and import.

 

In addition to the unbilled usage, users are also able to download their last bill via the Download Invoice button.  All invoices are downloaded in PDF format.

In the centre of the Home page users have visibility of their Top 10 Spend by Telephone Number per month.  The tabular format allows users to see Total spend, broken down by Service Charges spend and Call spend, with Call Durations and Data Usage amounts also being listed.

By default, the current unbilled month is displayed within the report.  Users can change the month using the Billing Period selector.
