Spam Listing Management via API
Developers can now add users to a spam list through the API, allowing specific communication channels to be blocked. This enhancement enables external systems to manage spam controls and user blocking more efficiently.

Upgrade to Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Support managers can now leverage Google Analytics 4 to gain deeper insights into customer chat interactions. This upgrade provides more accurate performance tracking, helps identify training opportunities, and supports workflow optimisation—leading to improved service consistency and faster issue resolution.
Updated Default Colour Theme
With the update to our default theme, agents who have not previously customised their colour settings will now see the light theme applied. To choose a different theme, click on your profile thumbnail, go to User Settings > General, and select your preferred theme. Agents who wish to return to the previous appearance can select the Purple theme.
