From within the Bill Explorer, users can see a summary of each historic invoice, as well as a summary of the unbilled month.

From within this screen users are also able to download historic Invoices and Reports.
CSV / Excel download files are also available where the customer is set to receive report information in this format. This includes any CSV reports in the Report Profile and those specified in the Invoice and Report Options of the Billing Site.
The Bills screen can be broken down into three sections:
1. Bill Selector
2. Details View
3. Bill Downloads (only applicable for Invoices raised)

Once you have selected the Invoice you would like to explore further [Section 1], users are able to see a detailed summary of the bill [Section 2].
The value is displayed at the top of the detailed view with Calls, Service Charges, and VAT all being broken down in the lower half of the form.

For a more detailed bill breakdown, users can expand Calls, Services and VAT, using the Expand Arrow located next to the totals.
Within the Bill Downloads section of the page [Section 3], users can select whether they wish to download the Invoice or Report. Both options will automatically begin to download in PDF format.

Please Note: if an Unbilled invoice has been selected from the bill selector [Section 1] but has NOT been approved within the billing system, then users will not have visibility of the Bill Download section [Section 3]
