The UCS Supervisor application is a dedicated application for the supervisors/managers to support them in their day-to-day operations regarding communication and the reachability of their departments and teams.
Typical Supervisor responsibilities are:
- Monitoring the department / Contact Centre;
- Managing their employees (in UCS called Users/Guests and Agents)
- Defining and generating management reports.
This supervisor application provides real-time information on various views and historical data via reports. With this information, you have a tool that is easy to use and displays instant up-to-date and relevant information. For the usage of this application, authorization is needed for the Supervisor account together with the assignment of Router(s).

Supervisor roles and permissions are configured in the Administrator portal.
